What is the SPC flooring?

SPC (stone plastic composite), referred to stone-plastic floor, is a kind of PVC floor. It is a new type of floor decoration material, which uses refined marble powder to form a high- density solid base. The surface is covered with PVC resin for molecules. Adding fillers, plasticizers, stabilizers, colorants and other auxiliary materials, laminated and compounded through multiple processes.

SPC flooring is a product that extrudes the PVC base material from an extruder combined with a T-shaped mould, and uses a three-roller or four-roller calender to heat and emboss the PVC wear-resistant layer, PVC color film and PVC base material at one time. The process requirements are very high, and the bonding is completed by heat, without glue.

SPC flooring is generally comprised of the following layers in mind:

UV Coating--The coating formed after the UV oil is cured by the curing agent ， it can prevent the volatilization of the chemical substances in the board by ultraviolet rays.

Wear Layer--PVC transparent wear-resistant layer, thickness about 0.2-0.5mm. It has features of transparent texture, strong adhesion, wear-resistant and scratch-resistant.

PVC Decorative Layer--Various wood grain, stone grain and cloth grain decorative layers can meet the needs of different occasions and different tastes.

Substrate Layer--It's a composite board, made by mixed stone powder and PVC material, extruded at high temperature.

Mute Pad--It's high foaming ratio material, well increases foot comfort.
